Samira Al-Kandari, Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Development building, received Ambassador Anne Koesten, Head of Mission of the European Union Mission to Kuwait, the organization of ambassadors participating in the meeting, in order to exchange views on the Kuwaiti-European powers, in cooperation consistent with the United Nations Convention. The framework covers climate change in Dubai (COP28) and discusses areas of cooperation between the State of Kuwait and European cooperation.
